DEEP WOODS

My latest painting. I did it during a Bob Ross painting class. I'm not crazy about the color of the trees and may overpaint them once the paint dries. The class was fun, but next time I'm going to use my own color scheme. I'm signed up for a palette knife painting class in two weeks. It should be fun!

I really like this one. Very nice. Btw, Bob Ross was my favorite growing up. I learned so much from him.

the trees provide great "light against dark" contrast that you want in your work. The hint of blue in the background makes me think it's late in the day... or,... morning with the sun coming from behind me. Your path leads me into the picture nicely!
